Positioning one of Sweden’s largest real estate companies
Opportunity
Rikshem is one of Sweden’s largest private real estate companies. They own, develop, and manage residential properties as well as facilities for public use (schools, care centers or similar).
In 2021, when our collaboration started, the company had undergone significant changes – both in the business and in the management team. The time was right to set an updated and clear direction for the future.
Delivery
We supported the Rikshem team on a repositioning journey, from start to finish. We made extensive internal and external research to understand the drivers of both employees and current and potential customers.
Together with a broad Rikshem reference group, we defined what market position to aim for, and identified key actions to get there. Further, we helped launch the new position in the entire organization and launched a company-wide implementation program that involved every single employee in driving the change.
Result
Today, the new position - along with an updated visual identity - is rolled out in all touchpoints. The position guides internal behavior, day-to-day operations, business development efforts, and external communication. Now, Rikshem is starting to experience positive effects from customers and market.
As a result of the work done, Rikshem won Stora Kommunikationspriset for best internal communication, an award issued by Sveriges Kommunikatörer.
